As I read provided articles and completed activities for this course, I focused on how to incorporate personal learning networks (PLN) in the learning of scholars. Every learner is unique and functions on their own learning pathway. I must admit that PLN can transform my school to become a practicing-technology community. I would like to contribute to my administrative colleagues by proposing the following action plan. Refer to the Action Plan on how I plan to incorporate Website 2.0 tools and address possible challenges for the coming academic school year.

Since parents are aware and in agreement with technology usage in the classrooms, I would like to support a plan that includes parents and stakeholders more. Facebook, Twitter, school district and local school websites are among the most popular technology used. I would suggest that teachers present information incorporating social networking tools they also implement into the classrooms to their parents during the annual Open House and other school events that would. These would also be great times to review and discuss the standards for Digital Literacy to show  procedures to ensure that the incorporation of networking tools into the school community can be safe and effective.
